BACK-OFFICE AND SALES EXPERT WITH EXCELLENT ENGLISH

DESCRIPTION

At Tallertronic we want to incorporate back-office/sales expert into our team. The position offered opens up many possibilities within a company in full growth. The candidate is required to have a certain commercial feeling.

FUNCTIONS

You will strengthen the commercial team with the aim of maintaining existing contacts and searching for new potential customers.

  • Make the offers and be in contact with customers
  • Contact point of communication between the clients and our technical section
  • Follow-up of offers and Invoices
  • Answer calls, questions, and doubts of our customers in an efficient manner
  • Introduce new clients and products in our database
  • Registration and shippinjg of devices that our clients send for repair
  • After a period of training the person will be able to carry out the administration from A-Z as well as provide the best customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic and fundamental requirement: Speak English and Spanish (Dutch and Catalan are very well received)
  • High communication and commercial skills
  • Being able to work in a team and help your colleagues
  • Technical knowledge (electronics) will be very high valued
  • Being able to work through stress periods and take the initiative to solve the most important problems
  • Work meticulously, correctly and proactively. Analyze and solve commercial and logistic issues
  • Preferably place of residence near the workplace.
